The best weight loss competition is back.  With a new year comes a fresh start towards your health.  How many of you made losing weight or improving you fitness level your new year's resolution? Hands up. I THOUGHT SO!!!!! Let's all do it together.

Our 10 week competition starts on February 6, 2012 and is open to anyone who wants to get fit, healthy or lose weight. So bring your family & Friends along and you guys will be on your way to a healthier, wealthier and wiser life together. Requirements to participate include medical clearance from a physician, a signed waiver and entry fee of $50.
